One of our favorite spots in NoMad is New York’s historic Flower Market, only minutes from our doorstep. Come early morning, the sidewalks are already overflowing with fresh-cut greenery and dazzling blooms of every type imaginable. For those staying at The Fifth, our butlers can walk these very flower-lined streets to hand-select favorites for anniversaries, birthdays, and special occasions. Although occasionally, an exuberant bouquet of seasonal blooms, perhaps pale peach ranunculus or fragrant lilacs, will appear as a surprise to brighten a suite and welcome guests home after an adventurous day in the city.
Finding Stories at Rizzoli
At the corner of Broadway and 26th Street, Rizzoli is a cherished New York institution, overflowing with everything from enduring classic novels to spellbinding photography titles. In the true style of The Fifth, one of our butlers may notice when a guest’s eyes twinkle at the mention of an exhibition, think of a book they loved, or find out they forgot their child’s most-loved bedtime story. With these subtle cues, they make their way to Rizzoli and, after consulting with a bookseller they know on a first-name basis, ensure that the perfect book is waiting in the room. Whether it’s an unexpected delight or something they specifically asked for, it feels like a little piece of New York was chosen for them.
Elevating Rituals with Golden Hour Caviar Service
As part of our collection of exquisite experiences, The Fifth presents the Baudelaire Experience, offering a full buyout of the One-Bedroom Terrace Suite and two Grand King rooms on our 24th floor. One of the special inclusions of this experience is our daily Golden Hour Caviar Ritual, including perfectly chilled champagne and decadent caviar service at sunset.
