What time is check-in/check-out? What is the process?
Our goal is to accommodate you whenever you arrive. If the room you reserved is not quite ready we will provide you with a place to store your luggage and relax until your accommodations are ready.
Our checkout time is 12 pm. Please see the front desk if you need additional time, and we will do our best to assist you. Please know this extension is based upon availability.
Does the Fifth Avenue Hotel offer parking and/or valet service?
The valet parking rates for overnight guests are:
$85 standard-size vehicle for a 24-hour period with no in and out privileges
$100 oversized-vehicle for a 24-hour period with no in and out privileges

Is The Fifth Avenue Hotel pet-friendly?
We welcome pets. We charge a $150 non-refundable pet fee per stay for dogs under 50 lbs who are fully trained. We allow 2 dogs per room.
Do rooms at The Fifth Avenue Hotel have a minibar?
Yes, all rooms at The Fifth have a Maxibar with complimentary snacks and soft drinks. Alcoholic drinks will be charged to your room.
Does The Fifth Avenue Hotel offer laundry/pressing/shoeshine services?
The Fifth is pleased to offer dry cleaning, pressing of up to three items per guest, and overnight shoeshine.
Is smoking allowed at The Fifth Avenue Hotel?
In compliance with the New York City Smoke-Free Air Act, which prohibits smoking in public places and places of employment, smoking is not permitted anywhere in The Fifth. In the event smoking occurs in one of our guest rooms, we must charge a cleaning fee of $500 per room and $2000 per suite.
Does The Fifth Avenue Hotel have a spa or in-room spa services?
The Fifth does not have a spa on the premises, but we work with a carefully curated list of preferred wellness providers. Our concierge team would be happy to arrange in-room services for you.
Is there a fitness center at The Fifth Avenue Hotel?
Inquire with your butler about our Fine Fitness Program with partners including Lifetime Fitness, Humming Puppy Yoga, SoulCycle, and Barry’s Bootcamp.
Are items in the rooms and suites at The Fifth Avenue Hotel available for purchase?
The one-of-a-kind furnishings, art, and accessories at The Fifth have been curated from around the world so that each of our rooms and experiences tells its own captivating story. As such, we are unable to sell anything from our collection at this time.
