Tea Ritual

Time feels different when it is given attention. We created our Tea Ritual as an in-room experience for guests looking to find delight in slowing down and noticing the small details that often go overlooked. It offers a gentle pause within the day, centered on warmth and presence.

Available daily from 12 to 5 pm and requested through the in-suite tablet, the ritual begins with a butler bringing a tea cart prepared for the moment. The tea of choice is selected in advance. If our guests wish, the room’s ambiance is lightly tended to before the tea is poured.

The tea is prepared slowly and served warm, accompanied by tea cookies and pastries meant to be enjoyed alongside it. A sculptural minute glass rests nearby as an invitation to pay attention to time as it passes.

The Tea Ritual exists to honor the experience of time rather than fill it. By focusing on a single, familiar act and allowing it to happen without hurry, the ritual creates space for the satisfaction of being fully where one is.
